Residents of the republic disturbed by a developing situation

            The events of the last two days related to the information on clashes between employees of power structures in the town of Gudermes extremely disturbed citizens of the republic. People are afraid that the incident in Gudermes can trigger the further opposition of law enforcers and bring to the most unpredictable consequences.

            According to the information received from inhabitants of Gudermes, on 14 April, in the area of Tereshkova-street a clash between employees of the security service of the president of the Chechen Republic and militaries of the battalion of special task of GRU (main intelligence directorate of the Russian General Staff) "East" has occurred. There is information that the reason of the incident is that Kadyrov's and Yamadaev’s corteges did not give the road to each other. The quarrel between law enforcers came to the end with shooting.

According to local residents, the strengthened posts of militaries and militia are exposed in the area of Gudermes and Shali towns. Law enforcers stop passing vehicles and conduct inspection of documents of drivers and passengers.

Two persons killed in Gudermeski district

            In the afternoon on 14 April, in Gudermeski district, on the outskirts of the village of Komsomolskoe, on the checkpoint employees of power structures killed two men. There is information that the deceased persons, who had been moving on vehicle of "Zhiguli", had opened fire from a sub-machine gun at the checkpoint. Law enforcers shot down the car, which tried to escape on the big speed, from an automatic weapon. Both persons in the vehicle were killed.

            The circumstances of the incident and names of the killed persons, which, according to some information, were inhabitants of Nozhai-Yurtovski district, are being established.

Two teenagers died in Komsomilskoe

            According to the information, received from local residents, on 13 April, on the outskirts of the village of Komsomolskoe of Groznenski district, as a result of explosion of item of ordnance to a grenade cup discharge two 16-years teenagers were killed. Currently, the only available information is the name of one of them - Akhmet Ismailov

            As it became known, teenagers found a shot to a grenade cup discharge, which then they threw into a fire. It had blown off, and the boys received heavy fragmental wounds and died on the place of the incident.

The surname of the second teenager is being established.

Militiaman died in Iliskhan-Yurt

            According to one of the inhabitants, on 10 April in the village of Iliskhan-Yurt of Gudermeski district an employee of militia died. According to the source, the militiaman had casually caused a fatal wound to himself as a result of casual handling of a weapon.

The circumstances of the incident and the name of the victim are being established.

Man detained in Achkhoi-Martan 

            On April 9, in Achkhoi-Martanovski district employees of power structures detained one of the local residents. This information was obtained from an inhabitant of the district.

Law enforcers accused the arrested person of aiding militants. The surname is not provided due to the request of the source.

Militiaman killed in Sagopshi village

            At night on 11 April, on the outskirts of the village of Sagopshi of Malgobekski district, in immediate proximity from a gasoline station unknown persons fired from an automatic weapon at a car "Zhiguli" VAZ-21114, in which there were several employees of militia.

            As a result of the attack, one of them was killed, and the others received wounds of various degrees. The information on the incident is received from local residents.

The surnames of the victim and the wounded militiamen are being established.

Ingush resident killed in Moscow

            According to the information received from an inhabitant of the village of Gamurzievo of Nazranovski district, in the evening on 7 April in Moscow, in the area of the metro station "Vykhino", a group of skinheads killed his villager, the 24-years Bashir Oziev, who had been working in one of the capital banks. According to the source, Oziev and his friend Nalgiev had been attacked by several "skinheads", armed with cold weapon. One of the attackers hit Oziev with a knife to the back, and the latter died on the place of the incident.

            Nalgiev managed to disarm the criminal and wound two assailants, and then the others escaped.
