Unknown person wounded officer in Grozny
About 16.30 on 21 May, in the market "Severny" in Leninski district of the city of Grozny, an unknown young man made a shot to the head of the officer of federal forces and wounded him. According to eyewitness of the incident, at the moment of the attack the victim was standing near a vehicle of "Gazelle".
The attacker managed to escape to unknown direction. The attempt to detain him has not brought any success. The wounded officer has been taken to the hospital. His surname is being established.
In Znamenskoye attacker of militiaman killed
Late night on May 21, in the village of Znamenskoye of Nadterechni district unknown man moving on a vehicle of "Zhiguli" made several shots from a pistol to the officer of local police Saidov. The incident occurred near the café of "Argo".
The militiaman received wound to the back, but managed to open reciprocal fire. Saidov’s colleagues, who arrived to the scene, organized prosecution of the assailant. His car was blocked and attacked by law enforcers near the central market of the settlement.
The attacker received several gunshot wounds and died on the way to the hospital. At present the only available information is that he was an inhabitant of the village of Beno-Yurt of the same district.
«Address special operation» in Elistanzhi
In the evening of 14 May, in the village of Elistanzhi of Vedenski district employees of power structures conducted a regular "address cleaning up operation". During this "action" they detained and took away to unknown direction a 26-years inhabitant of the settlement. The information on it is received from villagers of the arrested person.
According to the available information, law enforcers accused the young man of belonging to militants.

Unknown person died in explosion in Nazran
According to one of the inhabitants of the city of Nazran, on the night of May 22, on Bazorkin-avenue a powerful explosion occurred. According to the source, near the crater of explosion remains of unknown man were found.
There is information that the victim has incidentally blown off on a land mine at the attempt to place it.
Chief of district police department wounded in Ordzhonikidzevskaya
According to the information, received from local residents, in the afternoon on 21 May, in the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya of Sunzhenski district a life attempt on the chief of the local militia department, the lieutenant colonel Bagautdin Chaniev, was accomplished. There is information that at the moment, when his office vehicle "Volga" with Chaniev approached his house, a powerful explosive devise incorporated near his home has worked out. As a result of the explosion, Chaniev received heavy physical injuries and was delivered to the hospital.

According to the information received from a resident of the city of Nazran, in the afternoon on 20 May, in the municipal district of Altievo unknown persons moving on a car of "VAZ - 21112" fired at a car "Zhiguli" of the tenth model, in which there were two Russian militiamen. Both employees of law enforcement bodies received gunshot wounds and later were hospitalized to the republican clinical hospital in Nazran.
The assailants managed to escape to unknown direction. Law enforcers failed to detain them "hot on the heels". Surnames of the wounded militiamen are being established. (Information Release № 1292 of 21 May 2008).
As it became known, as a result of the attack of unidentified persons, Alexander Zebnitsky and Vitaly Golitsyn, employees of Essentuki police department of Stavropol region were wounded. According to some information, militiamen were accompanying a truck "KAMAZ", which was moving to Stavropol.
