Two militiamen killed near Alleroi
On the 24th of March, in a large forest at the village of Alleroi of Kurchaloiski district, as a result of explosion on a land mine, two employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic died. The information on the incident was received from inhabitants of this village.
The circumstances of the incident and surnames of casualties are being established.
Militiaman shot down man in Achkhoi-Martan district
According to the information received from local residents, on the 21st of March, on the highway at the village of Davydenko of Achkhoi-Martanovski district, employee of law enforcement bodies of the republic shot down a young man. As it became known, militiamen had stopped the car for check.
A quarrel occurred between the passenger of the vehicle and one of the militiamen, which turned into the fight. As a result, the militiaman made several shots from a sub-machine gun, fatally wounding the man. The surname of the casualty is being established.

According to the information, received from local residents, late night on 19 March, in the village of Alkhazurovo of Urus-Martanovski district a fighting happened between a group of fighters of about 15 people and employees of law enforcement bodies. During this clash five law enforcers and approximately three militants were killed. Also, two local residents were killed.
Besides, as a result of the night incident about six persons were wounded. There are a teenager and two women about injured people. According to local residents, employees of republican MoI Elmurzaev, Makaev and Tiasumov as well as employee of Shatoiski military prosecutor’s Office Masaev were killed in the clash with fighters. Also one of the killed fighters was identified – he was a resident of the village of Chechen-Aul of Groznenski district Munaev.
Besides, as a result of the firing local residents Usaev and Elberdov were killed. Three militiamen, two women and a 16-years teenager received different wounds. Their surnames are being established. (Information Releases № 1248 of 20 March and № 1250 of 24 March 2008).
According to the information, received from an inhabitant of the village of Alkhazurovo, during the cross-firing the 16-years Yangulbaev, 60-years Israilova and 42-years angulbaeva were wounded, who were in a "Zhiguli".
Additional information
According to one of the inhabitants of the village of Prigorodnoye of Groznenski district, on the night of March 24, during conduction of the so-called "special operation" in this settlement militaries of one of the divisions of Internal troops of the MoI of Russia (presumably, it is the battalion of special task "North") a young man was killed. The incident occured on Kunta-Khadzhi street.
Law enforcers stated that at the attempt to check the documents the person tried to render armed resistance and was shot down during the cross-firing. (Information Release № 1250 of 24 March 2008).
Today some information on the killed local resident in Prigorodnoye was obtained. It was the 19-years Khasbulat Sharipov.

Terrorist act accomplished in Nazran
About 11 o'clock on the 24th of March in the city of Nazran, on Moaskovskaya street a car of "Mercedes" parked at the building of "Rinkombank" was blown up. As a result of explosion, four persons received different wounds. This information was received from local residents.
According to the preliminary information, a powerful explosive device was placed under the car belonging to an employee of Nazran police department Akhmed Batkhiev. Batkhiev received a serious wound, and also another employee of militia – Aslanbek Kostoyev – was wounded, ho lost both of his legs. Currently, the latter is in the department of intensive care of the republican hospital.
Besides, passers-by, Ibragim Tautiev and Sulanbek Alikhanov, who happened to be there, received wounds. Several employees of "Rinkombank" were easily injured. Serious damage was caused to three vehicles parked nearby the "Mercedes". The significant damage was caused to the building of the bank.
It is assumed that this act of terrorism was directed against employees of the Ingush militia.
