«Address special operation» in Argun
According to the information, received from local residents, in the evening on the 25th of February, in the town of Argun employees of power structures conducted the so-called "address special operation", during which they detained a young man in a house on Chernorechenskaya street (the surname is being established). There is information that the house of the arrested person had been searched.
According to some information, the arrested person was accused by law enforcers of aiding and abetting insurgents.
Girl has disappeared in Grozny
On the 17th of February, in the micro-district Olympiski of Grozny’s Leninski district, Eliza Aidaeva, the local resident, left home and did not return. The searches of the disappeared girl undertaken by her relatives have not given any results.
The whereabouts and further destiny of Aidaeva are unknown.
Resident of Chechnya detained in Saratov
The inhabitant of the Chechen Republic detained by employees of law enforcement bodies at the railway station in the city of Saratov. This incident occurred on the previous day.
The information on detention of the young man is received from one of his relatives. The reason for detention of the inhabitant of the Chechen Republic by militiamen from Saratov is not established. The surname of the arrested person is not provided due to the request of the source.
Another incident in Grozny
On the 23rd of February, a young woman and a child have suffered as a result of gas explosion in a five-storeyed building on Tukhachevsky street in the city of Grozny. According to the available information, explosion of gas occurred in an empty apartment.
As a result of the incident, and due to the subsequent ignition, the child has received serious burns and has been hospitalized. His mother has received insignificant traumas. This information was provided by an inhabitant of the city of Grozny.
On a previous day a similar incident occurred in Grozny. In this incident four persons - two adults and two children of the age of three years and ten months - have suffered. (Information release № 1230 dated 25 February 2008). Local residents consider that incidents with gas are due to the result of sharp fluctuation of gas in the pipeline, as well as deterioration of gas lines.

Three persons wounded in Karabulak
According to one of inhabitants of Karabulak, on the 22nd of February, unknown persons opened fire from automatic weapons at a vehicle with employees of MOI. As a result of this attack, a militiaman and two local inhabitants, who occasionally happened to be at the scene, were wounded.
The circumstances of the incident and surnames of victims are being established.

According to the information, received from local residents, in the evening on the 22nd of February, near the village of Gamurzievo of Nazranovski district, unknown persons made a shot from a grenade cup discharge at employees of MoI of Russia. They had stopped near a water source to take waters. As a result of the explosion of a grenade, two militiamen have suffered.
The surnames of the victims are being established. The attackers managed to escape. (Information release № 1230 dated 25 February 2008).
As it became known, as a result of this attack the ensigns of militia Yevgeny Pugachev and Yury Yezhov from Tatarstan have been wounded.
