Another attack on house of deputy minister of culture accomplished in Nazran
At night on March 31, in Nazran unknown persons threw a grenade into a court yard of the house on Gvadeiskaya street, in which the family of Alla Malsagova, the deputy minister of culture of the republic, lives. As a result of the explosion, insignificant damage was caused to the house. Several splinters got into a car "Zhiguli", parked nearby. This information was received from a local resident.
There are no victims and injures reported in this incident. It is already the second attack for the last month on the house of Malsagovs. The first incident occurred at the beginning of February of this year. Who and with what purpose had accomplished this attack is not established.
Law enforcers detained 14-years boy in Nazran
According to the information, received from inhabitants of the city of Nazran, on March 29, employees of unidentified power structures moving on several vehicles, burst into the house of local resident Akhmed Kotiev, the member of recently created in Ingushetia opposition to local authorities "Mekhk¬Kxel". Having not found Akhmed Kotieva at home, law enforcers without providing any explanations detained and took away his younger brother, the 14-years teenager. Later it was found out that the boy was taken to the Nazran city police department.
The reason for such action by representatives of power departments is unknown.

Several days ago in the village of Plievo of Nazranovski district employees of local power structures conducted the so-called “address special operation”, during which they detained and took away a 21-years Gardanov. According to the local residents, Gardanov was a local healer using non-traditional methods, in particular, reading surs from Koran. Along with him, law enforcers detained several people, who were in the house, awaiting their turn to see the healer.
The house, where Gardanov was receiving visitors, was searched. There is information that later law enforcers informed that they had found ammunition and extremist literature during the search. (Information Release № 1252 of 26 March 2008).
As it became known, after the interrogation Gardanov and his visitors were released. In opinion of the people, actions of law enforcers towards Gardnov are taken pursuing him to refuse from methods of treatment taken from the Koran.

Imprisoned Chechen will undergo punishment
As it became known from an inhabitant of the village of Tolstoi-Yurt of Groznenski district, his close relative imprisoned in one of the colonies of Volgograd area is being threatened with punishment. According to the interlocutor, Zubair Zubairaev, who is condemned for five years of imprisonment, is in the colony of the town of Frolovo and regularly subjected to severe beatings and tortures. Half-naked and barefoot, he was taken outside in to frost and forced to stand there until he lost his consciousness. Employees of the colony hang a sign with words: “Has tendency to escape. Very dangerous”, which is prohibited to be removed.
After these brutal tortures, Zubair was moved to another colony and had got to the medical point. Accoding to his relative, as a result of these beatings, both of his legs are broken and he is not able to move without someone’s help. Besides, the prisoner received heavy traumas of the brain, then traumas of internal parts of the body. He always has pain of the internal parts and often he has attacks. Moreover, there information that the management of the colony threatened Zubairaev that if he would return to the colony, they will not leave him alive.
