«Address special operation» in Achkhoi-Martan
On the 5th of February, in the district center of Achkhoi-Martan workers of power departments conducted another "special operation" on detention of potential militants. According to the information, received from local residents, law enforcers detained and took away to unknown direction a 43-years man (the surname is being established).
According to some information, the arrested person was accused of being involved in commitment of several grave crimes.
Fighting in Vedenski district
On the 2nd of February, in a large forest in the outskirts of the village of Mesedoi of Vedenski district a fighting between employees of power structures and a group of militants has occurred. According to the information, received from inhabitants of this district, during the cross firing with militants two employees of power structures were killed. One more employee received a wound.
The area, where there a clash has occurred was later blocked by militaries and militiamen who conducted a "sweeping up operation" of the area. Surnames of the killed militiamen are being established. At present, the only available information is that one of them was an officer, the commander of the group.
Local resident killed in Naurski district
On the 1st of February in Naurski district of the Chechen Republic, on the highway between settlements of Rubezhnoye and Alpatovo, employees of local militia murdered a local resident. According to the available information, militiamen made an attempt to stop a car "Zhiguli" with several men inside at the village of Rubezhnoye. The passengers opened fire at employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and tried to escape.
As a result of this cross firing one of them was killed. At present, the only available information is that he was a resident of Rubezhnoye.
Detention of Grozny resident
As it became known from inhabitants of the city of Grozny, several weeks ago, in the area of Rosa Luxembourg-street, workers of militia detained Magomed Gazimagomadov, resident of Zavodskoy district of the city.
According to the people, militiamen stopped Gazimagomadov for documents check, then searched him and took away.

In the evening on the 30th of January, in the village of Surkhakhi of Nazranovski district, on the road to the village of Ekazhevo employees of Russian structures conducted another "special operation", during which they killed two inhabitants of Ingushetia Dzhabrail Mutsolgov and Ramzan Nalgiev. This information was obtained from inhabitants of this settlement.
According to the source, the car in which were Mutsolgov and Nalgiev was blocked by law enforcers on the road and shot down from automatic weapons. At the same time, representatives of power structures announced that the killed persons had rendered armed resistance during detention, a great deal of weapons and ammunition was revealed during examination of the car. According to residents of the village of Surkhakhi, neither Ramzan Nalgiev, nor Dzhabrail Mutsogov were involved in any illegal actions or commitment of crimes in the republic. According to the relatives of Mutsolgov, Dzhabrail, who was engaged in business in one of the regions of Russia, has returned to Ingushetia few days before, for the wedding of his brother. People are convinced that law enforcers had no reasons for demonstrative execution over unarmed Nalgiev and Mutsolgov.
